This case uses the Mainstream PLC master, Decowell EX-1110 as a remote IO (PROFINET) slave, with a digital input module, a digital output module, and a temperature acquisition module (thermocouple).

01 Industry Processes

A sintering furnace refers to the special equipment used to make the powder billet obtain the required physical and mechanical properties as well as microstructure, through sintering. The sintering furnace is used to dry the slurry on the silicon wafer, remove the organic components in the slurry, and complete the sintering of the aluminum backfield and grid line.

Silicon wafer process requirements are very strict, the front side of the solar cell wafer is coated with silver paste, while the back side is coated with aluminum paste, the process requires the silver paste and aluminum paste in the solar wafer to achieve synchronous drying and sintering, the process to collect the ambient temperature, test the temperature in the furnace with a temperature module and then through the PID regulation for temperature control.

02 Module Application

Using Decowell EX-4654 is a four-channel thermocouple module, supporting K, J, S, R, T, E, and C type sensors, to provide stable temperature signal acquisition for the field.

In addition, the digital input module collects magnetic switch and photoelectric switch signals, and the digital output module controls relays, contactors, and then the start and stop of motors, providing customers with absolute stability and high efficiency.
